Return and Refund Policy
A customer is only eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions.
1) A Wrong product has been shipped (For example, you have bought machine A, and machine B has been delivered).
2) The customer received a damaged product (Please make a video while opening the box for a claim).
In case of the issues mentioned above, please get in touch with us at hello@helpmyair.com within 7 days of product delivery. After 7 days, no claims will be entertained.
Change of Mind
Change of mind after the delivery of the product is not acceptable at all. If you wish to cancel the order, please do that within 3 business days from the order date. Otherwise, no inquiry will be entertained.
