Return and Refund Policy

We have a clear return and refund policy. All sales are final. Products purchased in sales (Discounted Prices, Coupons) are not eligible for a refund. 

For the products purchased on retail pricing, if you are unhappy with the products, you can return them within 10 days from the date of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. A 10% to 20% restocking fee may apply depending on the product.

The returned products must be in 100% working and original condition. Otherwise, no refund will be entertained. 

Special Conditions:

A customer is also eligible for a return under the following conditions.

1) A Wrong product has been shipped (For example, you have bought machine A, and machine B has been delivered).

2) The customer received a damaged product (Please make a video while opening the box for a claim).

In case of the issues mentioned above, please get in touch with us at hello@helpmyair.com within 10 days of product delivery. After 19 days, no claims will be entertained.

Change of Mind

Change of mind after the delivery of the product is not acceptable at all. If you wish to cancel the order, please do that within 3 days from the order date. Otherwise, no inquiry will be entertained.
